  • Who is the developer?

    The Domain Collection has been delivered by Precinct in partnership with INT.RE, the real estate platform of Kajima Group. The partnership combines Precinct's local development management expertise with the global experience and financial backing of Kajima to deliver one of Auckland's premier residential addresses.

  • Who is the architect?

    Warren and Mahoney, Auckland

  • Who is the builder?

    GN Construction

  • What building warranties are in place?

    A 10 year weathertightness warranty and various other warranties for materials are assigned to the Body Corporate. Additionally, a defects liability period is in place until 30 June 2027.

  • Will my apartment be quiet?

    Yes. The building has a high level of sound insulation between units and the external environment and meets all of the acoustic requirements as per the Resource Consent and Building Consents, issued for construction.

  • How many homes are in The Domain Collection?

    There are 65 apartments in The Domain Collection across two buildings as follows: Park Residences: 33 apartments; Garden Residences: 32 apartments.

  • What am I purchasing?

    You are purchasing a property under a ‘stratum in freehold’ title (also known as a unit title). This includes ownership of your apartment, balcony, or terrace, as well as allocated car park(s) and storage unit. Common areas are jointly owned and managed by the body corporate.

  • Are the apartments freehold?

    Yes. You will own your individual unit outright, along with a share in the common property.

  • What comes with my apartment?

    All fixtures and fittings as outlined in the sale and purchase agreement.

  • Does the apartment come with appliances?

    Yes, as installed within the apartment.

  • Does the purchase price include GST?

    Yes.

  • Is there a body corporate?

    Yes. All owners are members and pay annual levies to cover shared services and maintenance. The Body Corporate Manager is responsible for the day-to-day administration and financial management of the Body Corporate, acting on instructions from the Body Corporate and its Committee. Crockers have been appointed as the Body Corporate Manager for The Domain Collection.

  • Will there be an on-site manager?

    To support the smooth day-to-day operation of the building, Constant Building Management has been appointed as the Building Manager. The Building Manager is the primary point of contact for owners and residents for everyday matters relating to the common areas and shared building services.

  • Where can I find more information about the body corporate?

    A Pre Contract Disclosure Statement is available, including the Body Corporate rules, operating budget and levies. Body Corporate Managers are specialists in Body Corporate governance, including procedures, roles and obligations. They can assist with matters such as: — Body Corporate rules and compliance — Governance and committee powers — Levies, budgets and financial administration — Formal Body Corporate processes and decisions.

  • How are the foyer and common areas maintained?

    The foyer and common areas are cleaned and maintained by the appointed cleaning company.

  • Car parking, bike storage, and personal storage

    There are two car park levels, lower ground and basement, for car parks, bike storage and storage lockers. The basement level also has the Rubbish Room and Parcel Room for courier deliveries.

  • How secure will my apartment be?

    Access into and throughout The Domain Collection is provided via security access tags and apartment door keys. All perimeter access points — including basement entries, basement lift cores and building lobbies, are security controlled.

  • Fibre internet

    Cat 6 cabling is installed for high-speed internet.

  • Can I keep pets in my apartment?

    Yes, subject to the Body Corporate Rules and approval from the Body Corporate.

  • How is rubbish and recycling managed?

    A private contractor collects waste and recycling. There is a separate building rubbish room at the basement level.

  • Does the garage support EV charging?

    Yes. EV charging ring main infrastructure is installed in the carpark. This enables an individual EV charger to be connected to this infrastructure at your car park.
