The Auckland Domain

Over 185 acres of public reserve with a history of more than 240 years makes the Auckland Domain one of the cities great spaces. Anchored by the Auckland War Memorial Museum sitting atop the rise, open green spaces and playing fields fill a natural amphitheatre below. The historic Wintergardens display a collection of rare and exotic flora within a Victorian-styled glasshouse and walking trails wind through native bush areas connecting to Parnell and the CBD.
